Strategy manager for
a Swiss investment fund

The Task

Our client, an investment fund in Switzerland, needed a strategy manager with Big-3 experience to work on various analytical tasks for the company. The client was open to candidates from different locations.

The Challenge

Until we neared the end of the project, it still wasn't clear what set of competencies the client required from candidates and what grade would be appropriate for the task. In addition, the client wanted to see candidates from several different geographic locations.

The Process

We were able to put together a shortlist of candidates from three different grades and several different countries. The finalists successfully solved cases and presented their models and presentations from past jobs, which allowed the client to make an informed choice.
